Holiday Salad with Spiced Pumpkin Seeds & Pomegranate

  3. Here are ingredients so you don't have to watch video. Mix with 1/4c pumkin seeds: large pinches of paprika and cumin, small pinches of cayenne and cinnamon and salt, 2 TB maple syrup. Bake for 10 minutes at 325. Dressing: TB Pom molasses, zest and juice from one orange, 2 TB olive oil. Toss with torn lettuce: pomegranate seeds, dressing, sliced apple and pumpkin seeds.
